Woulgan

The product provides an optimal moist wound-healing environment, re-hydrates necrotic tissue and aids in autolytic debridement. The active ingredient in Woulgan is soluble beta-glucan (SBG), a proprietary substance shown to promote angiogenesis, cell proliferation and wound contraction.

Woulgan is indicated for use in stalled, dry or low- to medium-exuding, partial- or full-thickness wounds:

• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Leg ulcers (any aetiology)
• Pressure ulcers
• Graft and donor sites
• Open surgical wounds
• Partial-thickness burns
• Abrasions and lacerations
